We offer international delivery to selected countries. Delivery times vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Please note: customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied by their local authority.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
We will work with the courier to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
For damaged items, photographic evidence is required so we can open a claim with the courier.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will amend the address for you.
If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we will contact you to rearrange shipping.

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.
